Pricing25 free applications to start

Tsenta pricing: pay for the applications, not the tool.

If you want job application automation software that submits the application for you, Tsenta costs about 2 to 3 cents per application. Starter is $19 a month for 600 applications, Pro is $39 for 1,500 and Power is $99 for 4,500, per 30-day cycle in USD.

Every plan includes résumé optimization, a cover letter for each role, the application tracker and reply monitoring. Power adds Auto Apply. Your first 25 applications are free and need no credit card, and only successful submissions count.

Plans

Three paid plans. One agent. Pick your volume.

Every plan runs the same agent across the same 30+ employer systems, with résumé optimization, cover letters, the tracker and reply monitoring included. Plans differ by how many applications you can send in a 30-day cycle, and Power adds Auto Apply, which applies to new matches for you without approving each role.

A focused search against a short list of target companies fits inside Starter's 600 applications. A laid-off engineer working every opening in their function, or an OPT candidate inside a 90-day window, usually lands on Pro, because both are running against a clock and cannot afford to ration applications. Power is for hitting every match the moment it appears, and its Auto Apply sends applications without you approving each role, within your filters and a daily cap you set.

All three tiers are available monthly, quarterly, or annually. Quarterly and annual billing cut the effective monthly rate by up to 36%. On annual Power that is about $0.015 per application.

Free plan

Free plan: 25 free applications, no card required.

Looking for the best free app for job applications? Tsenta's free plan gives you 25 applications with the complete agent and no credit card. Each one finds the role, optimizes your résumé for it, drafts a cover letter when the form takes one, submits through the employer's own system and tracks the reply.

The 25 are a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Skipped matches and applications that fail on the employer's side do not use them up. When they run out, move to Starter, Pro or Power, or stop. There is nothing to cancel.

Some free plans last longer but do less with each application. LoopCV's free plan sends up to 10 applications or emails a month. Simplify's free Copilot fills in forms and leaves you to submit them. Teal's free plan gives you unlimited job tracking and Huntr's tracks up to 100 jobs, but neither submits applications for you. If 25 complete applications get you the interviews you needed, you never pay.

Cost per application

Cost per application: Tsenta vs Simplify+, JobCopilot, LoopCV, LazyApply, AIApply, Teal and Huntr.

Prices as of October 30, 2026, read off each company's own pricing page that day. Cost per application divides the price by the full allowance, so it is the lowest you would pay, reached only if you use every application. Teal and Huntr are trackers with no application allowance, so the table says what you get instead.

Where others win: LazyApply is cheaper per application on paper if your search fits the platforms it names and you use its daily cap. JobCopilot's Elite starting rate is close to Tsenta Power per match. LoopCV and Teal have free plans that do not run out. If all you need is a tracker, Teal or Huntr will do. Tsenta is the better buy when you need the applications themselves done, with résumé optimization and cover letters included, across the employer systems large companies use.

What counts

One application means one job submitted.

An application is one form actually submitted to one employer. Not a match surfaced, not a draft prepared, not a tab opened. If it did not reach the employer, it did not count.

Each one keeps a record you can open later. Depending on the employer system, it can include the fields that were filled, the answers written for the open-ended questions, the résumé and cover letter that were sent, and the confirmation.

Three things never count against your cycle: matches you skip, drafts you never approved, and applications that fail on the employer's side. Those are refunded automatically. What does not carry forward is unused allowance, because a cycle is 30 days of searching rather than a bank balance.

What's included

Résumé optimization, cover letters, tracking and reply monitoring on every plan.

Every tier, including the free 25, runs the full four-stage agent. There is no tier where résumé optimization costs extra, no tier where cover letters are a separate line item, and no tier that locks you out of a specific employer system. The one feature tied to a tier is Auto Apply, which comes with Power.

Stage 01

Find

Tsenta watches 50,000+ company career pages and ranks new roles against your preferences in your match feed, so you reach a posting while the recruiter is still reading the first batch of applications.

Stage 02

Prep

Tsenta reads the job description, optimizes your résumé for that role and drafts a cover letter when the form takes one. With résumé review on, you see each change as a diff and approve or edit it before anything goes out. Honest mode rewords the experience already on your résumé; Aggressive mode rewrites more freely, so review every claim.

Stage 03

Apply

Tsenta signs in, works through the full form, drafts answers to the open-ended questions, uploads your documents, and submits. This is the part most tools hand back to you.

Stage 04

Track

Every submitted application lands in your tracker. Recruiter replies are linked to the right application and statuses move when the match is confident, so the tracker stays current without a spreadsheet.

The surfaces work the same way. Your plan is not a licence for one app: the same account runs on the web dashboard, the native iOS and Android apps, the Chrome extension, iMessage, WhatsApp, and the MCP server and CLI. Reply yes to a text and the application is submitted in the background. Connect Tsenta to Claude or Codex and your own agent can apply on your behalf. Same allowance, same agent, no surface upgrade.

Fit

Where Tsenta is the best choice.

You want to be early, not thorough after the fact

Recruiters typically work through the first wave of applications and stop. Tsenta watches company career pages directly rather than waiting for a job board to syndicate the listing, so your application lands inside that first window instead of behind a few hundred others.

You want something that applies, not something that helps you apply

Autofill extensions prefill your name and email and then hand the form back to you. You still sign in, click through, and submit. Tsenta finishes the application and submits it. That is the difference you are paying for.

Your search runs through Workday

Workday is where a large share of jobs at big companies actually live, and its multi-page forms are where most auto-apply tools quietly fail. Tsenta applies through Workday, plus Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Rippling, iCIMS, BambooHR, Workable, JazzHR, Jobvite, BreezyHR, Oracle Cloud, SmartRecruiters, Paylocity, UltiPro, ADP, Dover, Gem, and Zoho Recruit. That is 30+ supported employer systems.

You want to see every change before it goes out

Turn on résumé review and each tailored résumé waits for your approval, shown as a diff you can edit. Each submitted application keeps a record you can open later; depending on the employer system it can include the answers, the documents sent and the confirmation.

You want the price to be the price

Résumé optimization and cover letters are part of every application on every tier. There is no optimization add-on and no cover letter add-on. The one feature tied to a tier is Auto Apply, which comes with Power, and the allowances are published, not implied.

You want one agent, not one app

The same agent runs on web, iOS, Android, the Chrome extension, iMessage, WhatsApp, and as an MCP server for Claude, Codex, or any agent that speaks tools. You are not buying a surface, you are buying the agent behind all of them.

Where a competitor is genuinely cheaper for the search you are running, we say so. If your whole search runs through the job boards a cheaper tool covers, use it. If all you want is a tracker, buy a tracker. Tsenta is the right call when you need the applications themselves to get done, across the employer systems real companies actually use.

Frequently asked questions

The best free option gives you the real product rather than a demo of it. Tsenta's free plan is 25 applications with no credit card, and each one runs the complete agent: it finds the role, optimizes your résumé for it, drafts a cover letter when the form takes one, submits through the employer's own system and tracks the reply. Teal's and Huntr's free plans organize your search, and neither lists submitting applications for you. If 25 applications get you the outcome you needed, you never have to pay.

Starter is $19 per month for 600 applications per 30-day cycle. Pro is $39 per month for 1,500 applications and is the most popular plan. Power is $99 per month for 4,500 applications and adds Auto Apply. Those are USD prices; the plan cards show your local currency. Quarterly and annual billing lower the effective monthly rate by up to 36%, which brings annual Power to about $0.015 per application.

Anywhere from a fraction of a cent to about a dollar, depending on the tool and on what counts as an application. As of October 30, 2026, Tsenta costs $0.022 to $0.032 per submitted application on monthly billing. Simplify+ works out to about $0.47 per Autopilot application on monthly billing, LoopCV to about $0.20, and LazyApply to under 2 cents if you use its full daily cap every day for a year. Teal and Huntr are trackers, so they have no per-application cost. The comparison table on this page lists each plan and its source.

All of them, including the free 25. Every plan optimizes your résumé for each role, drafts a cover letter when the employer's form takes one, adds every application to your tracker and links recruiter replies to the application they belong to. Plans differ by application volume, by the daily networking allowance, and by Auto Apply, which only Power includes.

Yes. Pro covers 1,500 applications per 30-day cycle, which is about 50 a day, for $39 a month. On Starter and Pro you choose roles from your match feed, or reply yes over iMessage or WhatsApp, and Tsenta completes and submits each application. On Power, Auto Apply can also pick and submit eligible roles within your filters and a daily cap you set, up to 150 a day.

Use a tracker that updates itself. Every application Tsenta submits lands in your tracker automatically, and your Tsenta inbox links recruiter replies to the application they belong to and can move its status when the match is confident. You can add applications you sent elsewhere or import a CSV, so one tracker holds the whole search. It is included on every plan.

Yes. Cancelling is one click in your account settings, with no phone call, no retention flow, and no notice period. Billing stops at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you keep the applications in that cycle until it ends. Allowances do not roll over into a new cycle.

No. Only a successful submission consumes allowance. If you skip a match, leave a draft unapproved, or the employer's system fails on its end, that application is refunded to your cycle. You are paying for jobs actually submitted, not for attempts.

Not to start. The first 25 applications require no card and no billing details. You only enter payment information if you decide to move to Starter, Pro, or Power after seeing what the agent actually sent on your behalf.

Not always. LazyApply is cheaper per application on paper: Basic is $99 a year for 15 applications a day, under 2 cents each if you use every one. JobCopilot's Elite plan starts from $1.05 a day for up to 50 job matches a day, about 2 cents a match. LoopCV's Standard Looper is $19.99 a month for up to 100 applications or emails, about 20 cents each, against $19 for 600 applications on Tsenta Starter. What Tsenta adds is what each application includes: résumé optimization and cover letters on every plan, and submission through 30+ employer systems including Workday. Prices checked October 30, 2026. If a cheaper tool covers your search, use it.

Pro at $39 a month is the usual fit. A new grad search and an OPT search both run against a clock and cover a wide range of employers, and 1,500 applications per cycle covers that comfortably. Start on the free 25 to confirm the agent handles your target companies, then move to Pro. If your search is narrow, Starter's 600 is enough. If you want applications to go out without approving each role, Power adds Auto Apply.

Pay for the applications, not the tool.
