Welcome to Tsenta! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Tsenta, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tsenta, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Tsenta on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Tsenta provides an automated job application platform that helps users:

  • Search and browse job opportunities
  • Upload and manage resumes and application materials
  • Apply to jobs through integrated application systems
  • Use AI-powered tools to tailor resumes and generate application responses
  • Track application status and manage job search activities
  • Integrate with email for OTP autofill functionality

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

(a) Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

(b) Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and using our Services. You are responsible for updating your information to keep it accurate and current.

(c) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Services in ways not intended
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Services without permission

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Tsenta may use artificial intelligence to help generate or tailor resumes, cover letters, and application responses.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before submission to employers.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist you, and you retain full responsibility for your job applications.

5. Intellectual Property

(a) Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by Tsenta or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

(b) Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Tsenta (including resumes, cover letters, and other materials). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services
  • Use your content to generate AI-powered suggestions and improvements (with your consent)
  • Submit your content to job boards and employers when you choose to apply through our platform

6. Email Integration

If you choose to integrate your email account with Tsenta:

  • We will only access your emails for the purpose of detecting and autofilling one-time passwords (OTPs).
  • We do not read, store, or analyze the full contents of your emails.
  • You can revoke email access at any time through your account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

Tsenta may integrate with third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Guarantees regarding job placement, interview opportunities, or employment outcomes
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSENTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Actions or omissions of third-party job boards or employers

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tsenta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Any conduct that we believe is harmful to Tsenta, other users, or third parties

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tsenta.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
