Internship – Graphic Design & Project Management, Food & Beverage* (Fall 2026)

Summary: Universal Orlando Resort is offering an internship opportunity in their Food & Beverage department. The intern will work closely with the management team to produce graphic design projects and support operations, gaining hands-on experience and training in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assists management team in creating both long and short-form content - Produces project deliverables such as menus and signages, brand books, documentation of brand standards, and communication content - Supports the implementation of technology to enhance processes - Aligns each project with the goal of positively affecting guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, and financial return for the department - Creates measurable Key Performance Indicators for tasks - Partners with many departments including Universal Creative Placemaking, Marketing, Finance, and Entertainment to achieve goals - Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities - Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above - Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required - A transcript is required upon application - This position requires a portfolio of work examples – if available, include a web address with your resume Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred majors include: Graphic Design or similar - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Required Skills: Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Cloud Important Skills: Project Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Team Collaboration, Communication Skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall Benefits: Housing financial assistance
