Healthcare Claims Analyst

Summary: Wolfe | Pincavage is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join their No Surprises Act team. The role involves managing out-of-network insurance payment disputes and requires strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in healthcare. Responsibilities: - Pulling and managing claims data from hospital client systems and Salesforce - Preparing and submitting open negotiation notices and IDR submission packages - Tracking and enforcing strict regulatory deadlines across a high-volume caseload - Coordinating with hospital billing teams to gather records and documentation - Running reports and flagging discrepancies to support attorney review Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail - Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets - Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines - No prior experience needed, we will train the right candidate Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with health insurance billing (EOBs, CPT/HCPCS codes, revenue cycle) - Salesforce experience - Exposure to the No Surprises Act Required Skills: Bachelor's degree, Analytical skills, Excel proficiency Important Skills: Healthcare billing familiarity, Salesforce experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Deadline management, Attention to detail, Organizational skills Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance., 401(k)., PTO and paid holidays.
