Job Description

Summary: WaFd Bank is a financial leader serving consumers and business clients across nine Western states. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide friendly and courteous service while performing efficient banking transactions and building rapport with clients. Responsibilities: - Serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions Required Qualifications: - A smile and great attitude - Highly developed sense of integrity and strong work ethic - Personable and outgoing; able to talk with clients and build rapport and relationships - Great attention to detail and providing accurate service - Technically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems and ability to adapt to change - Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations - Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
