Summary: Veterans United Home Loans is dedicated to helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. As a Document and Fee Coordinator in Closing, you will manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring compliance and timely closings while collaborating with team members and external partners. Responsibilities: - Managing a pipeline of loans, taking ownership of each one to make sure every detail is in order and timelines are met - Working closely with a variety of people, striking up conversations with teammates and external partners to keep things running smoothly - Drafting and reviewing closing packages and working behind the scenes with loan teams and title companies to ensure every loan closes on time and with top-notch quality - Staying in the loop with industry guidelines to guarantee all processes are compliant— even as things change Required Qualifications: - Background in clerical work, customer service, or project management - Translatable skills and relevant expertise - Eagle eye for detail - Ability to juggle tasks and thrive in tight deadlines - Flexibility and adaptability to changes - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken - Customer service orientation Important Skills: Customer service, Attention to detail, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Project management, Adaptability
