Engineering Intern

Summary: Wil-Ro, Inc. manufactures high-quality truck bodies and is headquartered in Gallatin, Tennessee. They are looking for an energetic and outgoing Engineering Intern to aid in the development and design of products, learn processes, and create standardized work instructions. Responsibilities: - Work closely with Engineering and Operations to learn product, processes, and systems with-in Wil-Ro - Aid in the development and design of Wil-Ro products in SolidWorks (no experience required) - Learn and create standardized work instructions for truck bodies and truck body components - Create work orders for fabricators; restructure and recreate work orders to suit updated processes, systems and material lists - Complete miscellaneous projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering or related discipline - Entry-level experience Required Skills: SolidWorks Important Skills: Engineering degree Nice-to-Have Skills: Team collaboration, Communication skills, Problem-solving
