Desktop Support Analyst I/Summer Internship- Hybrid, Bala Cynwyd, PA

Summary: Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) provides professional support services to Tokio Marine Group companies in the United States. The Summer Intern will provide hands-on technical support in a large international enterprise environment, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and support of end-user computing hardware and software. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, relocate, and maintain end‑user computing hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripheral devices - Assist with the deployment, configuration, and support of standard desktop software and office productivity tools - Work directly with end users to assess hardware and software needs and coordinate equipment requests and acquisitions - Utilize automation and remote management tools to deploy software and updates - Support desktop imaging processes and help maintain standardized build images - Organize, track, and maintain inventory of new and used PC‑related hardware in the stockroom - Provide timely, professional support for end users experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues - Follow established IT procedures, documentation standards, and internal control requirements - Participate in team projects and initiatives that improve the desktop support experience Required Qualifications: - Must be actively enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with a related major Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Required Skills: Technical support, End-user computing Important Skills: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Troubleshooting skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer service
