Investment Analyst

This role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with various teams to support portfolio construction and risk management. Responsibilities: - Develop and cultivate market contacts to source and evaluate new investment opportunities - Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on external hedge fund managers across multiple strategies - Monitor existing manager relationships, including performance, risk and organizational developments - Maintain internal research databases and documentation with precision and confidentiality - Collaborate with investment, legal and operational due diligence teams - Prepare written reports that support portfolio construction and capital allocation decisions - Some domestic and/or international travel may be required for on-site due diligence Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) required - 0-4 years of experience in the financial industry - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of statistical and financial concepts - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of objectivity, integrity and professional judgment Preferred Qualifications: - Internship experience, graduate degree and/or professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus Required Skills: Analytical skills, Financial analysis, Excel proficiency Important Skills: CFA certification Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication skills, Organizational skills, Critical thinking, Attention to detail Benefits: Bonus, Health and dental plans, 401(k) contributions, Discretionary profit sharing program
