Job Description

Summary: Source is redefining how the built world comes together through an AI-native platform for global commercial construction. They are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support Business Development Managers in the hospitality sector by prospecting and qualifying leads, booking meetings, and assisting with sales enablement activities. Responsibilities: - Research target accounts, projects, and key stakeholders in the hospitality procurement space - Create and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM data, and external platforms - Execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to connect with decision-makers and book meetings for BDMs - Qualify leads through initial discovery conversations and clear handoffs to the Biz Dev team - Coordinate with BDMs to ensure meetings align with strategic targets and account plans - Help craft personalized outreach campaigns and follow-ups - Support BDMs with scheduling, meeting preparation, and post-call follow-through - Attend industry events and trade shows to assist with in-person prospecting, badge scanning, and meeting logistics - Maintain detailed notes, activities, and pipeline updates in Salesforce - Meet or exceed weekly outreach and meeting booking goals. Target: 50 outbound touchpoints/day across channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) - Maintain accuracy and completeness in CRM records - High performers will have the opportunity to grow into full-cycle Account Executive or Business Development Manager roles as part of our evolving sales team, after one year of successful performance - Receive mentorship from senior sellers and gain visibility into full-cycle sales strategy Required Qualifications: - 1–2 years in an SDR, sales assistant, or outbound research role—preferably in B2B, construction, or hospitality - Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, or similar platforms - Comfortable making cold calls, sending personalized emails, and starting conversations with strangers - Highly organized and proactive with task tracking and CRM hygiene (Salesforce experience preferred) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strategic mindset—able to balance short-term activity goals with long-term pipeline building - Tenacious and resilient—willing to persevere through rejection and continuously improve - Curious, coachable, and excited to grow your sales career by learning from senior team members - Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and polished across platforms - Willingness to travel occasionally to support trade shows and client-facing events Required Skills: Salesforce, Prospecting, Lead Qualification Important Skills: Cold Calling, Time Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Tenacity, Curiosity, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Strategic Thinking Benefits: Market-leading salary, Equity, Performance bonuses, Comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health insurance, Professional development support, Flexible PTO
