Job Description

Summary: Select Medical is a company focused on corporate recruiting, seeking an Assistant Recruiter to support their human resources team. The role involves full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities: - Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple divisions (NJ and Las Vegas) - Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach - Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information - Assist with reference checks and onboarding efforts - Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team Required Qualifications: - Support full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple divisions (NJ and Las Vegas) - Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach - Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information - Assist with reference checks and onboarding efforts - Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team - High School Diploma required Preferred Qualifications: - Prior HR/Recruiting experience is a plus - Bachelor's Degree preferred Required Skills: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Important Skills: Recruitment experience, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Scheduling interviews, Reference checks
