Inside Sales Advisor

Summary: Registrar Corp is a global compliance and training company established in 2003, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to educate clients on services that help them comply with U.S. FDA requirements. The role involves managing the sales cycle, developing knowledge of FDA requirements, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities: - Manage the entire sales cycle through inbound leads and outbound sales calls to prospects and clients Manage sales pipeline and reporting - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of U.S. FDA requirements to determine which services best address the needs of our prospective and current clients - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales leadership Required Qualifications: - Sales Acumen: Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales; experience in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and manage inbound leads - Consultative Focus: Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close; ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach - Excellent Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication - Drive to Succeed: Positive attitude, high energy spirit, and the motivation to manage multiple clients simultaneously - Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize software such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Vonage, Hubspot, etc - Flexibility: Ability to work 8.5-hour workdays between 7am-6pm - At least 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales selling services or software - Proven track record of making/exceeding sales quota Required Skills: Sales Acumen, Consultative Focus, Communication Important Skills: Technical Proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Drive to Succeed Benefits: Remote-work eligibility in some states, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off and holiday pay, Fast-paced, collaborative work environment
