Manufacturing Engineer Intern

Summary: Forj Medical is dedicated to bringing life-enhancing medical technologies to market by collaborating with various medical device companies. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join their RISE Program, which offers hands-on experience in the medical device field. Interns will work directly with mentors on manufacturing projects to aid in the development of life-saving medical devices during a 10-12 week summer internship. Responsibilities: - Required to be onsite for hands-on activities - Opportunity to learn new technical skills Required Qualifications: - College Student pursuing an engineering degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Required to be onsite for hands-on activities - Available for 10–12-week Summer RISE Program Internship Preferred Qualifications: - Class status of Sophomore or Junior preferred - Interested in experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry - Available 30-40 hours/week preferred Required Skills: Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Important Skills: Manufacturing Experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration, Problem Solving
