Job Description

Summary: Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. They are seeking a Floater Registered Vascular Technologist to perform venous ultrasound evaluations, assist physicians with procedures, and ensure patient care across multiple clinic locations in the Dallas market. Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality lower extremity venous ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans - Maintain proper scanning protocol and ensure patient comfort during each exam - Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures, including Ultrasound-Guided Sclerotherapy and Varithena - Communicate preliminary results to the physician - Accurately document all findings in the EMR - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the exam room - Support daily patient flow in collaboration with front desk and clinical teams Required Qualifications: - RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) certification – required - 1 year scanning experience minimum - Completion of a 2-year allied health program and/or associate degree - Strong scanning skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork - Reliable and flexible with schedule needs - Passion for delivering patient-centered care - Reliable transportation is required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with venous insufficiency studies preferred Required Skills: RVT (ARDMS) certification, RVS (CCI) certification, venous ultrasound evaluations Important Skills: 1 year scanning experience, venous insufficiency studies Nice-to-Have Skills: scanning skills, patient-centered care, attention to detail, communication, teamwork Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Company Holidays, Company-Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Career Growth & Development Opportunities
