Customer Service Specialist

Summary: Massey Services, Inc. is the nation’s fifth largest pest prevention company and the largest privately held family-owned company in the industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle incoming customer calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service scheduling.
