Honda Business Development Center Administrator - Service Dept.

Summary: Lithia & Driveway, through its Tampa Honda dealership, is seeking a talented Business Development Center Administrator to support the Service Department and enhance customer experience. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a positive customer interaction through effective communication. Responsibilities: - Outbound and inbound customer phone calls - Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads - Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions - Set appointments for Service Department - Ensure a positive customer experience - Introduce customers to Service Advisors - Enter customer information into CRM Required Qualifications: - Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated - Experience in customer service or call center - Strong communication skills – verbal and written - Excellent computer skills - Highly organized with attention to detail - High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required Preferred Qualifications: - Dealership experience is a plus, but not required - Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus! - Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
