Software Developer

Summary: IBM Corporation is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Software Developer to design and implement generative AI solutions. The role involves developing APIs, collaborating with ML researchers, and building internal tools to enhance AI integrations. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and integrate generative AI solutions with the company Software Hub platform - Develop APIs, services, and pipelines to support AI-powered features - Collaborate with ML researchers and engineers to productionize and optimize models - Monitor performance, reliability, and user feedback to continuously improve AI integrations - Work with product managers to translate business needs (with focus in the area of resource management) into AI-driven features and solutions - Build internal tools and dashboards to support model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops - Document integration processes, best practices, and technical decisions for internal teams - Monitor the latest advancements in generative AI and evaluate new tools, APIs, and frameworks for potential adoption Required Qualifications: - Master's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) - one (1) year of experience as a Software Developer or related - one (1) year of experience must include utilizing Golang, React, Redux, OpenShift Container, Docker, Kubernetes, Carbon design, Restful APIs Required Skills: Golang, React, Redux, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes Important Skills: Carbon design, Restful APIs Nice-to-Have Skills: Master's degree, Software Engineering, Collaboration, Documentation
