Customer Service Representative

Summary: Hollowick, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of foodservice lighting and tabletop heating solutions. The Customer Service Representative role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, entering orders, and assisting with invoicing and reporting to support domestic customers. Responsibilities: - Provide professional customer support via phone and email - Enter sales orders accurately and in a timely manner - Verify pricing and purchase order details in the GP system - Assist customers with product questions, returns, and delivery information - Provide freight quotes and shipment updates - Process invoices, credit/debit memos, and return requests with proper documentation - Communicate with internal departments on behalf of customers - Support the purchasing agent as needed - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace - Follow company policies and support continuous improvement initiatives - Coordinate with the Promotional/Advertising Coordinator on pricing updates - Maintain and update pricing and promotional information in the GP system - Ensure pricing updates are accurate and complete Required Qualifications: - Associate Degree (or equivalent experience) - 1–2 years of customer service experience - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Required Skills: Customer service experience Important Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Associate Degree, Communication skills, Attention to detail Benefits: Medical (3 plan options), Dental & Vision, Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical & Dependent Care), Vacation / PTO / Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays, 401(k) with company match
