Summary: Elements Massage® is a company that provides massage therapy services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer loyalty and sales. The role involves following a sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program and ensuring a positive experience for clients through effective communication and service. Responsibilities: - Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty - The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients - The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service Required Qualifications: - This position is primarily aimed at applicants who would like to work between 1 PM and 9 PM - Saturday shift availability is required - Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty - The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients - The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service Preferred Qualifications: - Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients - Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs - Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client Required Skills: Retail sales experience Important Skills: Customer loyalty building, Office tools familiarity Nice-to-Have Skills: Listening skills, Communication skills Benefits: Free Services, Paid Time Off, Referral Bonus, Earned Free Monthly Massage, Discounted massages for friends and family, Discounts on upgraded services including Gift Cards, Commissions and Bonuses, Paid time off, Holiday Pay
