ACH/Bill Pay Intern, Full-Time, Hybrid Marlborough MA

Summary: Digital Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union headquartered in New England, serving more than one million members across all 50 states. The ACH/Bill Pay Intern will assist with processing ACH transactions, resolving payment inquiries, and supporting system testing while gaining hands-on experience in operational processes that support member accounts. Responsibilities: - Assist with the accurate processing of ACH transactions - Participate in research using administrative portals to resolve payment‑related questions - Support research and resolution of Bill Pay inquiries - Work with team members, vendors, and third‑party partners to help resolve payment issues - Provide front‑end research assistance for internal staff and contribute to resolving member concerns - Maintain professionalism and strong communication while working with colleagues and members - Assist in system testing and validation for the core/host system and other platforms used by the department - Complete required Compliance and BSA training during the internship period - Contribute ideas that support process improvements and operational efficiencies Required Qualifications: - Ability to commit to one of the full internship program periods: May 18 through August 14 or June 1 through August 21 - High school diploma or equivalent - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Required Skills: ACH transactions, Bill Pay inquiries Important Skills: Business analysis, Finance knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Teamwork, Communication, Problem-solving
