Detail Specialist

Summary: Crash Champions is one of the fastest growing brands in the collision repair industry, operating over 600 repair centers across the U.S. The Detail Specialist plays a dual role in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with parts inventory and logistics, ensuring a pristine vehicle presentation for customers and seamless parts coordination to support efficient shop operations. Responsibilities: - Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to prepare for customer delivery - Conduct pre-wash on vehicles before repairs or detailing - Buff vehicles (preferred but not required) - Move vehicles within the facility to support workflow efficiency - Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and trash - Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals - Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders - Inspect all incoming parts for quality and damage - Return incorrect or damaged parts promptly to vendors - Communicate regularly with vendors to track parts delivery status - Ensure accurate parts invoicing and corrections within the estimating platform Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment - Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S Preferred Qualifications: - Automotive experience or interest preferred, but not required - Buff vehicles (preferred but not required) Important Skills: Attention to detail, Organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Instruction following, Automotive interest, Team collaboration Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Group Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match, Referral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”), 5 Paid Holidays, Performance-based bonuses may also apply
