Job Description

Summary: COCOLAB is a company founded by a dentist and an artist, focused on reimagining oral care with high-performance products. They are seeking a Dental Pro Associate Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of dental professional accounts, driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of active dental professional accounts - Drive engagement, ordering frequency, and revenue through proactive outreach - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio - Monitor customer ordering patterns and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunities - Reactivate dormant customers and rebuild long-term relationships - Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, follow-ups, and account expansion strategies - Track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting - Partner with leadership to execute growth initiatives across the Dental Professional channel - Manage inbound support requests and inquiries from dental professionals with professionalism and care - Ensure timely resolution of orders, account issues, and general questions - Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience that strengthens customer loyalty and brand advocacy - Attend up to 8 dental conferences annually to support sales efforts, strengthen relationships, and drive new account growth Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in a B2B environment; Experience in a clinical or dental hygiene role, a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Experience working with customer support systems like Zendesk - Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace - High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment - A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for building customer relationships Required Skills: Sales experience, Account management, CRM tools Important Skills: Customer support experience, Excel proficiency, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Organization skills, Growth mindset Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance: PPO Plans that give you in and out of network coverage to meet you where you are seeking care., FSA: Eligible Health Expense & Dependent Care., Unlimited PTO & Sick Time: No waiting period and we actually want you to use it!
