Job Description
Summary: Cirrus Logic is a company known for its innovative solutions in mixed-signal processing and an award-winning culture. They are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects that support employees.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general support across HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement programs, and special projects as needed
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, data updates, status changes, and documentation
- Assisting with including identifying potential talent through job boards, online platforms, and resume databases, and helping maintain organized pipelines for active roles
- Helping prepare and distribute HR communications, resources, and employee-facing materials
- Contributing to HR operations and administration, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting compliance activities
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee events
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, programs, and standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
