Job Description
Summary: Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is a well-respected veterinary and boarding facility located in Dallas, TX, seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their dynamic team. The role involves being the first and last point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and supporting patient care through various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Educate clients on services, wellness plans, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system
- Coordinate with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling to optimize hospital efficiency
- Support boarding and grooming service coordination when needed
- Provide clear explanations of hospital policies and services
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high customer service standards
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred)
- Experience in a veterinary hospital, pet care facility, or medical office strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
