Summary: Bath Fitter is a leader in custom bath and shower remodeling with over 40 years of experience. They are seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, build trust, and present their premium products, with a focus on closing sales and maximizing earnings. Responsibilities: - Meet with pre-set, qualified appointments provided by our internal team — no cold knocking required - Generate your own opportunities to maximize earnings (additional commission for self-generated leads) - Consult with homeowners in their homes, build trust, and design solutions that refresh their space - Present a high-demand, premium product that sells itself when delivered with confidence - Ask for the sale and close — because that’s where the reward lives Required Qualifications: - Current in-home sales professionals (home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, windows, etc.) - Real estate professionals seeking consistent, high-ticket earning potential - Outside sales reps who excel in face-to-face environments - Motivated entry-level candidates with competitive drive and strong communication skills - Ability to travel for training is required - Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport) Preferred Qualifications: - Sales experience is a plus - Drive, coachability, and hunger to earn matter most Required Skills: In-home sales experience, Face-to-face selling Important Skills: Self-generated leads, Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Motivation Benefits: Company vehicle, Company phone & iPad, Paid training at our Tennessee manufacturing facility — sell confidently by week 5, Medical, Dental & Vision benefits, 401(k) with Profit Sharing, PTO & Paid Holidays
