Job Description
Summary: Bank of China USA is one of the largest banks in the world, providing stable financial services globally. The intern will assist with Attendance, Benefits, and Payroll functions, supporting various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Attendance & Payroll team to process daily attendance administration and coordinate with departments for timesheet adjustment
- Paid Time Off entitlement preparation for new hires and terminated employees for payroll processing
- Assist the Benefits team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and preparing benefits orientation package
- Assist the department with office administration
- Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assignments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors
- 0-2 years of HR related experience with strong interest and passion in HR as a career required
- Be capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred
