Warehouse manager

Summary: Aventura-X is a growing direct-to-consumer electric moped company seeking a hands-on Operations & Assembly Lead to manage daily warehouse operations in Carson, CA. This role involves overseeing electric scooter assembly, quality control, inventory management, and preparing units for shipment. Responsibilities: - Electric scooter assembly - Detailed quality control inspections - Inventory management and organization - Preparing units for shipment - Occasional forklift operation (not a primary responsibility) - Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and structure - Weekly inventory reporting - Process documentation and workflow improvement - Capturing basic warehouse content (assembly clips, product videos) Required Qualifications: - Mechanical experience (motorcycle, scooter, automotive, bicycle preferred) - Strong attention to detail - Organized and reliable - Comfortable working independently - Able to lift 50+ lbs Preferred Qualifications: - Basic familiarity with Instagram/Reels is a plus Required Skills: Mechanical experience Important Skills: Attention to detail, Organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic Instagram familiarity, Independent work
