Graphic Design Internship

Summary: Article Student Living is excited to invite candidates to their 2026 internship program for a Graphic Design Intern position. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team on various responsibilities, focusing on supporting leasing materials and marketing collateral during the lease-up phase and stabilized operations. Responsibilities: - Partner with the creative team members to create relevant, powerful graphic solutions to a variety of marketing campaigns and customer experiences including print, digital, visual, and special projects - Collaborate with different teams to understand and achieve their marketing goals - Develop flyers, social graphics, and other campaign needs for marketing resident events, portfolio-wide projects - Provide administrative support through organizing files and managing assets - Partner with digital marketing team on PPC and SEO needs, and website images and graphics - Maintain brand standards throughout the design of marketing collateral - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously - Work with marketing team members to improve custom brands for real estate asset Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in graphic design, or related field - Proficiency Adobe Suite products - Collaborate across departments, summarize information Required Skills: Graphic Design, Adobe Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Skills, Collaboration, Project Management
