Sales Associate, HCS

The Sales Associate role involves providing technical and marketing support, managing customer relationships, and facilitating product installations and demonstrations. Responsibilities: - Calls on customer accounts as assigned by Senior Sales Representative providing technical, marketing and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices - Responsible for product installations and in-services - Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with company policy seeking direction from Senior Sales Representative as needed - Remains informed of new products and other general information of interest to customers - Develops relationships with surgeons and other appropriate personnel within assigned accounts - Maintains account records and report activities and submits - Acts as liaison between customer and Marketing, Customer Service, and Credit Departments at Aesculap - Effectively manage personal sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - 0-02 years related experience required - Regular and predictable attendance - Must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers' requirements Required Skills: Customer relationship management, Technical product knowledge Important Skills: Sales experience, Healthcare industry knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication skills Benefits: Healthcare, 401(k) plan, Tuition reimbursement
